ACCOUNTABILITY REVOLUTION

There are many ways to promote the visibility of a revolt, which this will be. Some write it on walls, some print it on billboards. Others become more active and throw the offending situation overboard as we did in the Boston Tea Party. Some present petitions of grievance to the offending authorities. Others stand shoulder to shoulder with thier county colors. Our first flag to represent the rebellion was a snake with the words UNITE OR DIE and the second with DON'T TREAD ON ME. . All of these have their place in the modern era and have been used by many to this day. As our actions to make government officials accountable becomes action the very fact that officials are being forced out of office will, in itself, announce the fact that tyranny is being resisted.

The endorsement of highly visible and respected persons is a good way to cement the righteousness of a cause. Because the foundation of this revolution is official accountability and the authority rests in the primary law of the United States as stated by our Founders in the Declaration of Independence, it is a great opportunity to get them on board. It is also a good opportunity to get them to acknowledge the supremesy of the Declaration, preferably in writing by signing a statement to that effect. Who would argue against " We hold these truths self evident....) ? Not many you can bet.. Not after 239 years of quoting it without reservation and fighting wars to acknowledge the rightness of it.

The flag - that Star Spangled Banner - produces a visceral reation of love and support wherever it is seen. This has been proven by experts in tests time and again. Flying it from your house, your car, your motorcycle, you tractor, or whatever is a premier way of getting attention. Large 3X5 or 4X6 flags get the attention. In addition there is a flag that we can use as our banner for this action. It is called the Bennington flag. With the numbers "76" surrounded by the 13 stars of the 13 original states in the corner and the red and white stripes. It represents the Declaration of Independence we stand upon and will be the opportunity to talk it up as people ask about that flag. If we have learned anything from the left, it is that talking up a new or different point of view does 2 things. 1. It makes the position more palatable to people and government. 2. It gives the bureaucrats, judges, and elected officials cover and authority to change the rules without legal precedent or authority to do so. Injecting secularism in education, most government over-reach, homosexual acceptance just to name a few. Well, that works for our side too. Get on radio talk shows and discuss the peoples authority here. Call and write your officials and bring our authority to remove to the forefront. Write letters to the editor. Talk to elected officials about it and get their agreement ( they will have a hard time justifying denying our foundational rights.),Form groups, clubs, take the message to the ones to whom you already belong. Get belligerently vocal. Make accountability of officials by the PEOPLE the buzzword of the year.. Year after year. Then, when we act, it will have already seized the high ground and have national mental assent. The difference between us and the left is that what they propose is illegal up front. What we plan to do is the law up front !!

An excellent way to not only get the discussion of accountability started but to be invited to rallies, parades, car and motorcycle shows to discuss our cause and be seen is to paint your vehicle with the flag and then place quotes in see-thru lettering over the vehicle. Combined with a large flag holder and 3X5 flags, it has proven to be an attention getter as well as an in to a variety of venues to discuss Freedom, Liberty, and making our officials accountable. For an individual with little or no notoriety in and of themselves, it changes the game completely.
