It’s no surprise to hear that America’s education system is in disarray, with Common Core dumbing down young students, faith absent from education and underpaid teachers increasingly unfit to serve as effective educators. But all of that is by design, contends Alex Newman, an international journalist and co-author of “Crimes of the Educators: How Utopians are Using Government Schools to Destroy America’s Children.” He recently appeared on the “Revealing the Truth with Rabbi Walker” Web TV show to discuss the issue. Newman believes the government education system is not built to educate but to create obedient, unlearned drones who are subservient to authority. “It’s really the education system that is at the foundation of what eventually emerges as culture, politics, government and all the rest of it,” Newman began. “Education is where we went wrong, so if we’re going to fix this, education is the place to be involved.” Newman was educated at an array of top private schools but realizes his academic upbringing was irregular. “On the other end of the spectrum [from private schools], you have what’s going on in the government schools. It’s worse than a bad education: It’s a system deliberately designed to handicap the individual.”
According to Newman, government schools work to produce illiteracy, dumb down students and spread an atheistic worldview. Government education, he said, leads to “a hatred toward truth, objective reality and moral principles.” Newman believes this is no accident and that the entire system is set-up to fail students “by design.” While elites send their children to private schools for superior education, the vast majority of Americans are stuck in government schools. Average Americans are thus often left behind due to their educational upbringing and are unable to be as successful as the moneyed elites. Furthermore, Christians and children of other faiths in government schools often find their beliefs under attack, especially those who are devout adherents. A major cause of the dysfunction of government schools?
THE SOLUTION
CHRISTIAN PUBLIC EDUCATION – IT’S THE LAW !!!
The Ordinance of 1787 in present Federal, Territorial, and State law
In education , our primary duty is to educate our citizens in the basics of preserving our republic and our freedoms. That means making sure you know where your freedoms come from and what they are by law. The best way we feel to do that is to keep it simple and to the point. That being the 3 basic insurers of your liberty and freedom, The Declaration of Independence which lays the basic premises of Freedom and Liberty, where it comes from, who is responsible for maintaining it, and what can be done and by whom to those who , in government, destroy it. Secondly, the Constitution, which puts definitive limits on the power of the Federal Government to take your Freedoms and Liberties. And Finally, the Ordinance of 1787 which directs the States through State Constitution requirements, to preserve the structure required to insure the Civil and Religious freedom of the people. The Ordinance speaks specifically to what must be taught in education.
The Ordinance was put into place by the Founders at the start of our nation and reauthorized after the Constitution to lay out the basic civil and religious liberty foundation of a Territory and then a State. It states:
: “...for extending the fundamental principles of civil and religious liberty, which form the basis whereon these republics, their laws, and constitutions are erected; to fix and establish those principles as the basis of all laws, constitutions, and governments, which forever hereafter shall be formed in the said territory; to provide also for the establishment of States, and permanent government therein.....”

This is why we have a Governor, not a king or dictator. It is where habeas corpus protects us at the local level. It requires state elections and legislatures. It is where judges get their authority to exist in the States. It is the fundamental foundation of Freedom and liberty at our local and state level. It goes without saying that these basics cannot be eliminated. These are the base protectors of civil and religious liberty for you and me.
AS it states, the 2nd purpose of the Ordinance is to protect religious liberty. There are 2 requirements for this of every state, and I again quote:
Article 1. “ No person, demeaning himself in a peaceable and orderly Manner, shall ever be molested on account of his mode of worship or religious sentiments...
Article 3, sentence 1. “Religion, Morality, and Knowledge, being necessary to good government and the happiness of mankind, schools and the means of instruction shall forever be encouraged.”
Therefore, it is an article of religious freedom as well as law, not educational preference or judicial ruling, that those who demean themselves peacefully cannot be molested for their mode of worship - and
That schools and the means of instruction shall teach religion, morality and knowledge as a requirement of their existence.
Again, this is the foundation of our religious liberty just as the others are our foundation of our civil liberty. In fact, good government cannot exist, in reality, unless it is primarily taught through this means, i.e. schools. Now, that you are no longer ignorant, do not any longer allow education to be coerced or subverted. If this LAW IS not being followed in your civil government or your schools, then your civil and religious liberty and freedom are, in fact, nonexistent.!!
The only question then, is WHICH RELIGION, WHICH MORALITY, AND WHICH RELIGIOUS KNOWLEDGE is to be taught? An cursory study of the foundational statements, rulings, and laws of our Nation easily answers this question. It is very obvious that the Foundation of this country in fact and in law, Judaeo/Christian and the Founding laws of this land make it clear that World View, moral and ethical foundation is to be passed on to the future citizens in Education . Therefore, those teachings, policies, and judicial rulings to the contrary are illegal and, by our laws, to be ignored and those who perpetrate them are to be held accountable by law and by the people. Every school and school district that does not teach these principles and from whence they come is operating illegally and subversively by Federal and State law!!

THE SUCCESS OF THIS SUBVERSION OF THE NATIONAL MORALITY AND TRUTH IN SCHOOLS I ASSUME IS BECAUSE SOME COURTS HAVE SUBVERSIVELY AND ILLEGALLY AND I WOULD SAY, TREASONOUSLY ALLOWED OR EVEN PROMOTED IT. HOWEVER, IF THIS SUBVERSION IS NOT CORRECTED, THE PEOPLE HAVE THE RIGHT UNDER THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE TO “ALTER AND/OR ABOLISH” THOSE WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE WHEN GOVERNMENT WILL NOT OR CAN NOT. THE ORDINANCE OF 1787 OR NORTHWEST ORDINANCE WAS PASSED BY CONGRESS AND SIGNED BY PRESIDENT WASHINGTON TO GUARANTEE TERRITORIAL AND STATE CONSTITUTIONS FOR EQUAL FREEDOM AND LIBERTY OF CITIZENS. I WILL QUOTE IT :

The Northwest Ordinance set several important requirements o9f state government for civil and religious liberty. It established that unlike many nations, which left their new territories in a position inferior to the old, the United States would admit new states to the Union on an equal basis with the original states. The ordinance also set aside land in each township for schools, thus setting a precedent for federal support to education with specific world view requirements.
The ordinance in law is in section 1 of the United States Legal code annotated in the “Organic Law” portion of that section. “Organic Law” is the foundational laws of the United States. Only 4 documents are there. the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, the U S Constitution and the Northwest Ordinance. This makes it the foundational law for all states and all governments in them. It requires, as an example, Governors instead of kings, bi-cameral legislatures, elections, court systems, and schools. However, those institutions would not work without people with the right world view, morals, ethics and values so Articles 1 and 3, the religious requirement to perpetuate freedom and liberty, exists. In fact, Article 3, sentence one states that exactly. I quote: “Religion, morality, and knowledge, being necessary to good government and the happiness of mankind, schools and the means of instruction shall forever be encouraged.” Therefore, this school board is bound by foundational law, which is unchanged, to follow and institute those required changes to comply with that most necessary and foundational law.

My name is _________________________, I live in __________________ and my children attended schools here, Today I will talk about the subversion of Education in America and how that came about.
For thousands of years all knew that God created all things, they belonged to him, and he makes the rules. This has been proven by the very world around us and science most recently.

In America education with it’s requirement in Article 3 Sentence 1 of the Ordinance of 1787 in foundational law, Christian education in schools was fixed and followed. The Secularism takeover failed here. So, in 1900 a group of intelligence, government officials and journalists, atheists and secularists all, formed an organization to take over the teachers collages and teach teachers that time and evolution, not God, was true, and quietly so as not to alarm. Thus began the National Education Association and the “Secular” school's movement. Secular Humanist clubs were started on major universities, and they spread like wildfire. “If it feels good it’s ok” Me ism became all the rage. Joseph Goebbels, the propaganda minister for the Nazi State said, “Tell the big lie long enough and people will believe it”. Hitler, Stalin, and many others agreed. Thus, the decision in 1963, the Supreme Court's illegal and treasonous removal of Christian education and official insertion of Secular humanist education in American schools.
It was a scam, a lie, and treason from the start, it is to this day, and now government as well as the press, and the education establishment are forcing these destructive lies on our children, it is no wonder education and America by all statistical and obvious accounts, is failing. Only the people can fix it and the law gives them the right to do just that, so they will. This board has the ability to get ahead of the firestorm we all know is coming in education. I suggest you do it.
Oh, and the time is up on the 1st amendment Redress of Grievance you were given. It’s legal Constitutional open citizen action now.
The foundational law of the United States, after the premise we live by, the examples, and the responsibility of government institutions, states it is a self-evident truth “that if government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish”. I believe we are very close to that today.

Action to be taken for illegal and subversive education at R2J schools. Use after end of 40 day grace period of a Redress of Gradience
The Christian World View, morals ethics , and virtue made western civilization and was inculcated in U S Law in the Ordinance of 1787 to this day. It is there to instill and perpetuate those values of Civil and Religious liberty generation after generation in all citizens in the formal education of our young. And so it was for over 175 years.
Therefore the recent illegal removal of same and substitution of the secular humanist world view over recent years is subversion of America’s foundational values the destruction of our Nation. If government will not do its duty and remove the offending curriculums and make those accountable who are subverting the law, then by law the Citizens have the right to do that.
So, this school board, having continued the subversion of the law in this school district and having been served with a Redress of Grievance to that effect per the 1st Amendment to the Constitution and refusing to remove the offending curriculums after given more than enough time to do so, the following is now legally justified.
- A citizens Common Law Independent grand jury trial may be called per the 5th Amendment to adjudicate these members of this school board.
- Upon conviction a citizen’s arrest or arrests may be legally initiated
- Said members of the Board will then be made accountable according to law in the Declaration of Independence as follows:: …..That if any form of government becomes destructive of these ends (see “that”s 1-4), it is the right of the people to alter or abolish (them). With the anger of Parents to School boards over curriculums at this time I think we all know how this will turn out for this board.
With this in mind I suggest this board remove all secular Humanist material from all schools in their control quickly and replace it with Christian materials as legally required or suffer the above consequences and accountability.
